Canyoning Grimsel from Interlaken
Grimsel Canyoning - The Ultimate Swiss Alps Adventure from Interlaken.
Grimsel Canyoning starts with a 50 meter rappel into one of the most stunning gorges in the Swiss Alps. First time canyoning? Don't worry as long as you can swim and in good fitness, our guides have got you.
Once you're down there, standing in glacial green water surrounded by ancient granite walls you'll get it. This canyon was carved through solid granite of the Aar Massif, and the pale rock formations down there look like nothing else in Switzerland. Natural rock slides, cliff jumps up to 8 meters, zipline into a glacial pool, and breathtaking scenery. The water is refreshing-cold, indeed but thats what the wetsuit is for.
We pick you up from Interlaken, drive you up through the Bernese Oberland to Grimsel Pass at 2,164 meters, gear you up fully, and then it's on. Our guides have run this canyon many times and they make sure you safely get the most out of every meter of it.
Grimsel is not for everyone. But if you're reading this, it's probably for you.
